Hi, I'm Seersha and this is the Tao Of Ox where I share with you everything I've learned on my own healing journey from trauma, physical injury and now learning to live as a neurodivergent person.
The practices I teach incorporate a bled of therapies and Japanese concepts for living.
I've chosen a few different ways to share this journey with you, because the way you learn is different from the next person.

About This Path
The Way Of Flow is the bridge between mind and body. Whilst the Way Of Presence settles the mind and the Way Of Compassion softens the heart, the Way Of Flow incorporates Qigong, a Chinese movement practice and the 6 Healing Sounds to shake loose stagnant energy and trapped emotions in the body.
For anyone living with trauma or who like me are Neurodivergent, the Way Of Flow provides a Somatic and body based language to connect with the body.
